Senior Sales Representative (Scandinavia)

St. Leo is looking for a dedicated and motivated sales professional to help build our distribution in Scandinavia within Paint and Architectural finishes.

We offer a full-time position in a creative company with a strong commercial mindset. You will hold a leading role in growing our sales through strong partnerships with architects, interior designers, property developers and selected high-end wholesalers. This position requires occasional travelling in Scandinavia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will drive St. Leo’s sales growth and enhance brand awareness in Scandinavia. Reporting to our CEO, your main responsibilities include:

—Building and developing relationships with partners, interior designers, architects and designers, and wholesale clients.
—Professionally communicating St. Leo’s products.
—Increasing brand and product awareness among professionals.
—Preparing quotes and following up on sales goals through visits, online meetings, calls, and emails.
—Collaborating directly with clients and painters to support project coordination.
—Offering feedback to the operations team to enhance business initiatives.
—Thoroughly communicating with the operations team and partners to ensure exceptional client experiences.
—Providing product training for partners, painters and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

—Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the high-end paint or interior design industry.
—Strong network with architects and designers, interior designers or the ability to create fast and strong relationships.
—Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales growth.
