Sales Manager
St. Leo is a Copenhagen-based design studio crafting paint and architectural finishes for both contemporary and classic spaces. From our newly opened destination in Nordhavn – which houses our office, gallery, and the first St. Leo Residence – we are looking for a dedicated sales profile to join our growing team.
THE ROLE
As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding St. Leo’s direct presence in selected focus markets. Based in Copenhagen, you will be responsible for cultivating new relationships while nurturing existing ones. You will represent the brand with warmth, precision and clarity – and help shape how St. Leo is experienced by clients and collaborators.
Your primary focus will be direct sales and marketing towards:
—Interior designers
—Architects
—Property developers
—Private clients with significant residential projects
You will take ownership of building St. Leo’s presence in core markets where we operate without agents or distributors, and work in close collaboration with our existing agents and distributors.
This role requires excellent execution skills and a strong commercial mindset. You will not only open doors, but actively drive the process from first contact to final delivery. You are hands-on, structured, and thrive on making things happen. Your insights will also play a key role in shaping marketing and product development through continuous market feedback.
At St. Leo, we believe in a hospitality-driven approach. Every team member – regardless of role – contributes to ensuring the client feels seen, inspired and cared for. You will be an ambassador for that experience, and for the emotional and aesthetic impact of our materials.
The role includes regular travel to client meetings, exhibitions, and events across key European cities.
