These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to purchases made on www.stleointeriors.com, owned and operated by St. Leo ApS (St. Leo). We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully before shopping on www.stleointeriors.com (the Webshop). The agreement is concluded in English. The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers purchasing on the Webshop.

 

Ordering of Goods

You can place orders at the Website 24 hours a day. We process orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 9:00AM and 4:00PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.

You select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. You may review and edit your cart content at any time before placing your order, and you can continuously view both the content and the total price. You are responsible for ensuring that the customer information provided in connection with your purchase is correct. 

When you place an order, we will first send you an order receipt by email. Please note that this receipt is not an order confirmation, and we are not bound by the order at this stage. The binding agreement between you and St. Leo is only concluded once St. Leo sends you an order confirmation by email confirming that the order is accepted. You will receive a shipping notification by email when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Payment

Prices in the Webshop are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) for Danish customers, Swedish Kroner (SEK) for Swedish customers, and Euro (EUR) for all other customers. Prices are including DK VAT (25%).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and re borne be the customer unless otherwise stated in checkout. Any redelivery due to non-collection at a parcel shop or post office, or if you are not present to receive the parcel at the agreed time, will be at your own expense.

Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Klarna
  • MobilePay (Denmark)

The payment is authorized upon order placement and captured only when the order is shipped. For custom- and made-to-order products, payment will be charged when production begins. If your order includes multiple items and one item is backordered, has a longer delivery time, or is a made-to-order product, payment for that item will only be charged upon dispatch. St. Leo does not charge any payment fees. The final invoice is sent be email shortly before delivery.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all countries within the EU directly from our Webshop. If you wish to have your order delivered outside the EU, please contact us at info@stleointeriors.com and we will do our best to find a solution. Depending on the order, delivery will be made either by courier or freight carrier, as stated in the shipping confirmation you receive once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If your order contains products with different delivery times - for example, an in-stock item together with a made-to-order or backordered item - your order may be shipped in multiple deliveries.

Please note that production delays or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. We will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible in the event of any delays.

Parcel Deliveries
For courier deliveries of in-stock items, delivery will take place within 1–4 business days after your purchase to either a residential address or parcel shop, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout. Courier deliveries are handled by GLS.

Pallet Deliveries
For pallet deliveries of in-stock items, you will be contacted by our freight carrier prior to delivery. Pallet deliveries are handled by Freja.

Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that the order can be delivered to the specified address. Please make sure that the ordered products can fit through stairways, entrance doors, and into the intended room within the property. Any special access conditions must be stated when placing the order.

For deliveries handled by a freight carrier, an adult recipient authorised by you must be present to sign for the delivery. Upon receipt of your order, it is important that you check whether the correct items have been delivered and whether there is any visible damage. If everything is satisfactory, the carrier will ask you to sign for the delivery. If the packaging is damaged or shows visible signs of defects, you should either sign for the delivery with reservation for potential damage to the contents or refuse the delivery and ask the driver to return the goods.

If a product is found to be damaged or defective after unpacking, please contact our sales support team at +4553740622 or info@stleointeriors.com and we will assist you with a solution. For documentation purposes, we kindly ask that you contact our sales support team as soon as possible and no later than 5 days after receipt of the order. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding claims under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (see more below).

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and we are unable to deliver the items simultaneously, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive physical possession of the last item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended until the following business day. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You may, for example, send an email stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase to:

Returning the Goods and Return Costs
If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return or deliver the goods to our warehouse:

Please note that the product seal must remain unbroken. The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. If your order was shipped as a parcel delivery, you may request a return label by contacting us at info@stleointeriors.com. In this case the return costs will be deducted from your refunds.

For pallet deliveries, please contact us so we can coordinate collection with you. The costs associated with this type of return shall be borne by you (except in the case of valid claims regarding defects), up to a maximum charge of DKK 1,000 per cubic metre (1 cubic metre being the minimum shipment volume).

Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you.

We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided documentation proving that the goods have been returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Condition of the Goods and Packaging
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You may inspect the goods in the same manner as would be permitted in a physical store, but you may not put the goods into use or break the product seal. If the goods have been used in a manner not permitted in a physical store and we are unable to resell them, or unable to resell them at full value, we may deduct the resulting depreciation from your refund. If the goods no longer have any commercial value, the purchase amount will not be refunded.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging. You should also ensure that the goods are securely packaged when returned. You bear the risk for the parcel/goods until we receive them. For parcel returns, we therefore recommend that you keep the receipt confirming submission or handover of the return parcel.

 

Disclaimer

We disclaim liability for pricing errors, typographical errors, sold-out items, force majeure events, and delivery failures from our suppliers.

Although we have made every effort to display colours and qualities as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your screen will reproduce colours correctly due to differences in screen resolutions and settings. If you are unsure about a colour, we recommend visiting our atelier. You can obtain further information by contacting our customer support at info@stleointeriors.com.

 

Complaints (Warranty)

If a product has defects, such ass material or manufacturing faults, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. You may file a complaint within 24 months from the date of delivery by contacting us at info@stleointeriors.com or by phone at +4553740622. Please provide as much detail and documentation of the issue as possible.

Complaint Procedure
Complaints regarding products purchased from us may be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. Complaints can be submitted via
www.forbrug.dk.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform may also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Purchases of products on www.stleointeriors.com are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
